Lit performed on Rock Boat 2023 across multiple stages. Lit is one of the preeminent bands from the post-grunge era of the late 90's. The band was formed in Southern California.

A mantra on The Rock Boat is "live loud" and Lit brought that energy to the boat with clean rock and an epic stage show. Their anthem, "My Own Worst Enemy" permeated the ship every time they hit the stage - the track is off their album "A Place in the Sun."
